About Us

The Penn Women's Club Soccer team is dedicated to playing soccer at a competitive level with a manageable time commitment. We practice twice a week and play games on the weekends, either away at regional schools or home at Penn Park. Our primary season is in the fall, but we also practice throughout the year and have outdoor friendly matches in the spring. We are always out to enjoy the game of soccer and have an amazing time together.

During our 2019 fall season, we qualified for Club Soccer Nationals in Austin, Texas. We competed against some of the top club soccer programs in the country while spending our free time exploring Austin.

Our team is made up of 20-30 players in different majors, from different states across the US, who all played competitively in high school and club, and came together based on a shared love of soccer. Our members are involved in many other parts of the school such as sororities, the Aerospace Club, the Wharton Global Consulting Group, the Women’s Network, the West Philadelphia Tutoring Project, and countless others.
We have many events off the field such as weekly team dinners, socials with other clubs, an annual holiday gift swap, and outings to professional soccer games.
